Why I can not see the picture when people took a picture?

At one time, Edwin Land's three - year - old daughter said, "Why I can not see the picture my father had just took of me?", so Edwin invented the Polaroid camera to come true his daughter's wish.

Today I'll talk about Instant camera history.

 Edwin Land who is the American inventor and scientist. (1909 ~ 1991)

In 1984, His daughter's wish push up to invent the Polaroid camera and finally did that.
Also, he lunched Polaroid 95.

On November 28, before the Christmas holiday in 1948, it was put out for sale at the Jordan Marsh department store in Boston, and the prepared camera body and film set all sold out on the first day!

Model 110

Polaroid's sales continued to rise, and many instant camera models (Model 110, Model 80, Model 700 etc) and films (31, 32, 41, 42, 43 etc) were launched.
By 1956, sales reached over $ 1 million.

In 1960, Polaroid company launched color film.




In 1970s, Polaroid started marketing the SX-70, which dispensed with the peel-away and automatically ejected the picture from the camera.

The company was popular enough to produce as many as 5,000 pieces a day.

1980s Fuji-film launched instant camera that call Fotoma. Also, Fuji-film launched  as the world's first instant camera adopting card size film.

1990s Fujifilm launched Instax camera.

2000~ now
Instant camera is recently revival boom!!
